At 5 Twelve Designs, LLC, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because items are custom produced after an order is placed, we do not offer traditional retail returns or exchanges.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly work with you to resolve any issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Preference changes

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings

  • Minor variations inherent in the printing process

Please review all product details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

To Report an Issue

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost

  • A refund to the original payment method

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing.

Detailed sizing information is provided on product pages whenever available. We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts and measurements before ordering.

Because products are made specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier shipping delays

  • Delivery delays caused by weather or circumstances outside our control

  • Incorrect shipping information entered during checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier whenever possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is submitted, order modifications and cancellations are only possible for a limited time.

Order Cancellations

  • Requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

While we cannot guarantee cancellation requests can be accommodated, we will make every effort to assist if production has not yet started.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
