Overview

At 5 Twelve Designs, LLC, all products are made or delivered digitally upon purchase. Because of this, our refund and return policies differ depending on the product type.

We stand behind the quality of our products—but we do not offer open-ended refunds. Read this carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Why:

Once a file is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You understand this is a digital download, not a physical product

  • You will receive access immediately after purchase

  • All sales are final

Exceptions (limited):

We will issue a replacement or refund only if:

  • The file is corrupted or will not open

  • You did not receive the download due to a technical error

  • The file is materially different from what was advertised

2. Physical Products (Made-to-Order)

All physical items are custom made to order through our production partner, Printful.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color expectations (screen vs. print differences)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund (case-dependent)

Sizing Responsibility

You are responsible for selecting the correct size.

We provide sizing guides for every product. Please be sure to read the guides and choose carefully. We do not allow returns or refunds for incorrect sizing as these products are made to order.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help—but we are not obligated to refund shipping delays.

3. Order Cancellations

Digital Products

  • Cannot be canceled once purchased

Physical Products

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After that, production begins and the order cannot be stopped

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
